Who Is Danny Nabavi?
An entrepreneur who builds companies around distributed workforces and healthcare operations. The full account, in order, with nothing rounded up.

Danny's first companies were service businesses, built without outside capital, where the work was sold before it was staffed. That order, demand first and headcount second, became the operating habit behind everything that followed.
He learned early that a service company is only as durable as the process underneath it, and that a business dependent on any one person is a business with a scheduled failure date.
In 2021 he co-founded Berry Virtual and bootstrapped it from zero to approximately $3.5M in annual recurring revenue. No venture funding, no acquisition of a book of business. Clients were won one at a time and kept by making the delivery reliable.
The company placed remote staff inside operating businesses. The lesson that shaped the rest of his work was that the placement is the beginning of the obligation, not the end of it.

Berry Virtual was acquired in December 2023. Danny stayed with the organization rather than leaving at close, a decision that gave him a second, faster education in what a staffing operation looks like when it is absorbed into a larger one.
After the acquisition he helped build MedVirtual, a healthcare staffing business, to approximately $3M ARR in around twelve months. Healthcare turned out to be the setting where his thesis mattered most: in a medical practice, an unstaffed function is not an inconvenience, it is a backlog with clinical consequences.
He is now Founder & CEO of Staffing For Doctors, which builds remote medical teams for healthcare organizations, with ongoing recruiting, training, account management, and operational support behind every placement. Those experiences shaped his approach: staffing should not simply be about filling seats. The underlying operation should continue functioning when individual employees change.

He wrote Virtual Staffing for Medical Practices: Staffing Problems Solved, a practical guide to building and managing remote teams inside medical practices, written for the person who has to make the schedule work on Monday.
Danny speaks and appears on podcasts about healthcare operations, distributed teams, and building service companies without outside capital. Appearances are listed in full on the speaking page.
